Why Our Pub is Great
Found just outside of Bristol, The Hollow Tree’s cool and modern design provides the perfect back-drop for a whole range of occasions.

Our expert team are always busy providing you with freshly cooked meals. From hand-stretched, stone-baked pizzas and 35 day aged steak to all your favourite pub classics and a children’s menu that little monsters will love, there’s a dish for everyone. Don’t forget to save room for pudding!

You’ll find just what you want to on the menu, from tender grills to scrumptious burgers and comforting pub classics. Begin with generous sharer platters, and then choose from an irresistible array of goodies. We’re fussy about our food. It has to be spot on. Steaks are masterfully chargrilled and complimented by sides specifically designed to bring out their succulence and slightly sweet, smoky flavour.
